Shipping and Return Policy

How does shipping and delivery work?

  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you with an expected arrival date; if this is not satisfactory a refund of the total amount of your order using the original method of payment will be issued.

  • Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 72 hours. Within Business days, Monday to Friday - except holidays.

  • An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide.

DELIVERY TIMES: (AUS WIDE)

  • Delivery timeframes vary depending on location. Express delivery can expect to be delivered within 1-3 business days.

  • Standard shipping can be expected to arrive within 2-8 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are based on delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

How do I track my order?

  • Yay, party time – it's on its way! After the order is passed to the courier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a 'Track Order' button. This will take you directly to their website so you can follow the live tracking updates!

Damaged Items in Transport:

  • If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at - contact@dinglapetproducts.com.au. We will process and rectify the issue as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns only for products that are damaged in shipping or faulty. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a return.

  • To return a product, please contact us at - contact@dinglapetproducts.com.au with images and details of the product's defect. We will provide instructions on how to return the item if applicable.

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received said item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange of items as soon as possible.
